Port Dues
Port Dues are 2.70 yen plus 0.13 yen /each entry / 1 ton gross tonnage (The standard charge is calculated on a per ton basis.) However, the charge for oceangoing vessels is 2.70 yen /each entry / 1 ton gross tonnage; and the charge for non-oceangoing vessels is half of the standard charge /each entry / 1 ton gross tonnage. (If the final figure is less than 1 yen, it is rounded off.) *Oceangoing vessels are regulated by the 17th paragraph of the 2nd article No.3 of Consumption Tax Enforcement Order, Government Ordinance No.360.
